Shipping & Returns
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. We offer shipping within the continental United States only.
We strive to ship all new orders within 1 business day (Monday-Friday). You should receive an email when your order ships containing the tracking number and estimated time of arrival. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive to you after it has shipped.
Please note: shipping to PO Boxes, APO and FPO will incur additional charges based on package size and weight. We will contact you after the order is placed to review the shipping costs.
Lost or Missing Packages:
If you have any problems with delivery or have not received your order as scheduled please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Any claims made after 7 days may be denied.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and thus we offer a 45 day return policy. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please include a note with your return containing your NAME, ORDER #, ITEM(S) RETURNED, and REASON FOR RETURN.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow 7-10 days for your refund to post to your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
